Cottonwood Meadows Now Leasing

The Housing Company, Brought to you by Idaho Housing and Finance Association, is now accepting applications for Cottonwood Meadows Apartments in Eagle, Idaho.

Our new 48 unit Senior community is expected to open in March and offers spacious one and two bedroom apartments with all the comforts of home.

And Cottonwood Meadows was designed to qualify for the U.S. Green Building Council's LEED Program which means high energy and water efficiency with the use of sustainable, durable materials for environmentally-friendly communities.
