Housing First Plan is Moving Forward

NIHC and its development partners The Pacific Companies, with development consultant Thomas Development Co, are immensely proud to have been chosen Site Developers of Boise's "Housing First" permanent supportive housing plan. "Housing First" is an approach that emphasizes stable, permanent housing as a primary strategy for ending chronic homelessness.

Boise's Housing First partners include Idaho Housing and Finance Association, the City of Boise, Ada County, St. Luke's Health System, Saint Alphonsus Health System and The Home Partnership Foundation.
